We rely on strong partnerships

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL 17
Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development
Given the profound impacts of climate change, it becomes untenable to consider distinctions based on nations, or to view regions and ecosystems as isolated entities that do not interact with each other. On the contrary, it is indispensable to view the challenge as a common one and work together to develop effective solutions to address it. This is why the Resilient Caribbean Communities (CCR) project pursues a participatory approach right from the start. It involves three countries situated in the Caribbean Biological Corridor (CBC) and considers their ecosystems as part of a common system, which in turn is embedded in an even broader one. We rely on the strong partnership and expertise of seven project organizations for the successful implementation and achievement of CCR goals.
